Case: 11052 Category: Face Lift Surgery (Rhytidectomy) Age: 64 Weight: 140 Height: 5’ 3” Gender: Female Skin Tone: Light Description: This facial cosmetic surgery patient is a 64 year old female from Palm Coast, Florida who was concerned about facial aging, sun damage and wrinkles. She desired surgical facial rejuvenation and hoped to look younger, refreshed and naturally youthful. Photos shown are before and 6 months following a mid and lower face lift as well as brow lift, fat transfer to the eye area, cheeks and nasolabial folds around the mouth. She has also had Botox in the brow and crow's feet areas and uses Obagi skin care products daily for the last several years. Recovery was less than 2 weeks for normal activity, and she complained of no pain in the post-op period. |

Details: Notice in the before pictures the significant sun damage and wrinkles especially around the mouth and neck. The addition of fat transfer under the eyes and around the mouth contributed to the youthful appearance in the follow up pictures. Also notice of the softening in the area between the brows. |

Details: Notice the dramatic change in this patient's neck. She was bothered by the excess skin and droopy jaw line. The improvement comes from the lower face and neck lift with the addition of dermabrasion for skin resurfacing around her mouth.
