She also complained of excess upper eyelid skin and a hollow look to her cheeks. Photos are taken 3 weeks following a short-flap lower face lift, upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty)fat transfer to the cheeks and lower lid rims and a chemical peel to the lower lids and the cheeks just below the lids.
