Description: 23 year old female requested breast augmentation. Photos are taken about one month following placement of round saline 350cc implants under the muscle.

Details: Notice the fullness of the upper aspect of the breast. Before the patient had a flattening of the area which bothered her and after her surgery, she was pleased with the results and youthful appearance of her breasts.
