Description: This 30 year old female from Chattanooga, TN presented with complaints of drooping breasts following pregnancy. She wanted to keep about the same size (full D/DD) but wanted a much more youthful, lifted look. Photos shown are before and then about 8 weeks following breast lift with reduction (breast tissue removal) and silicone gel implants placed under the muscle. Surgery takes about 1.5 hours and recovery is about 5-7 days.
