Description: This 30-year old cosmetic surgery patient from the Chattanooga, TN area presented to Dr. Nease at Southern Surgical Arts with concerns of small breasts and desired more fullness and cleavage to her chest area. She received 375cc moderate plus profile gels under the muscle and her recovery was only 3 to 4 days. Photos were taken before and 6 weeks after her surgery.
