Dr. Deal and Dr. Nease perform two different vaginal rejuvenation procedures, a minoraplasty and a majoraplasty. A minoraplasty is preferable when the minora is stretched and elongated with excess skin. It involves trimming the excess skin to the desired size, symmetry and youthful shape. A majoraplasty is optimal when the majora becomes flat and wrinkled. It involves a fat transfer to restore lost volume, which in turn also reduces wrinkling. A minoraplasty and a majoraplasty can be performed together to give a much more youthful appearance and return a woman to her pre-pregnancy days.
