Southern Surgical Arts offers a secure login to our electronic medical record so that you may complete your new patient forms in the convenience and privacy of your home. The Patient Portal saves you time before you appointment, and is a safe method of keeping your information current at our office. And, it allows Southern Surgical Arts to Go Green by saving paper!
Just click on the computer icon below, and you will be directed to a new window where you will be asked for your security code. Please call our office and we will email the security code to you. Then, you will be able to create your own username and password.

This packet is meant to inform you of the cosmetic services, both surgical and non-surgical, offered at Southern Surgical Arts. We hope to guide you through the beginning stages of becoming a new patient of Dr. Nease and Dr. Deal, and/or any staff members of Southern Surgical Arts. It will also contain information about our three locations, the appointment and treatment process, as well as general financial information about our practice. This is your first step in understanding more about our services and polices.

This valuable information will guide you through the pre-operative and post-operative process. You should thoroughly read and understand this information before your surgery consultation.
