I am writing a case report as wel as performing a literature review of gastrointestinal histoplasmosis in HIV positive patients, and particularly the incidence of intestinal perforation ni this population. Aposter of this case report was presented at the Southeastern Surgical Society Meeting in Atlanta, GA 2009.
