I am writing a case report as wel as performing a literature review of gastrointestinal histoplasmosis in HIV positive patients, and particularly the incidence of intestinal perforation ni this population. A poster of this case report was presented at the Southeastern Surgical Society Meeting in Atlanta, GA 2009.
