Where Surgical Precision Meets an Artist’s Eye

Dr. Amber L. Allen brings over 15 years of surgical excellence, meticulous artistry, and a deeply personalized touch to cosmetic and aesthetic surgery. Raised in Jefferson City in East Tennessee, Dr. Allen developed an early appreciation for hard work, genuine connection, and individualized care.  Initially pursuing a degree in Fine Arts, she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine and redirected her focus toward surgical excellence. Today, she blends her artistic background with advanced surgical techniques to deliver natural-looking, confidence-boosting results tailored to each patient’s unique anatomical goals.

A Foundation in General Surgery & Advanced Aesthetic Training

Dr. Allen earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center before completing a rigorous General Surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following over a decade of extensive private practice experience, she completed an accredited, high-volume Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) under the renown mentorship of Dr. Mark Mandell-Brown.  As a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (FAACS), Dr. Allen has established herself as a trusted expert, presenter, and co-instructor at national scientific meetings.

When she is away from the operating room, Dr. Allen stays active with weight training and hiking. She also enjoys photography, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with her family and pets.
