When it comes to our patients, we are always grateful when they decide to come to us. We realize that we aren’t the only practice and ultimately, it’s the patient’s decision that determines who they entrust to perform a specific procedure.
It requires forethought, knowledge, and a little soul searching. When we meet with a patient for the first time, our biggest and most important responsibility is to listen. Listen to their concerns, their goals, and their expectations.
We understand that this is a chance for patients to truly change their lives. They walk away with a new perspective, because they decided to make an investment in themselves. We want to assure them that this investment will have a positive and lasting impact on their future.
