Jessner Peel. This chemical peel is one of our “’go-to” treatments for acne scars because it exfoliates the top layers of the epidermis and stimulates collagen production, improving texture and reducing hyperpigmentation.
Microneedling. The “skin pen” is a wonderful option for helping to re-texturize old acne scars, reducing their visibility and smoothing their appearance. The microneedling device makes dozens of microscopic holes in the treated area, triggering the body’s natural healing responses. New collagen and elastin are produced in the treated area, gradually creating smoother, thicker, more healthy-looking skin.
INFINI. This exciting new high-intensity treatment combines the needling of the skin pen with radio-frequency energy to deliver beautiful, rejuvenated skin tone and texture. Not only will your acne scarring lessen, your skin will look smoother and tighter as well, due to the collagen production stimulated by the INFINI.
Laser resurfacing. Depending on the amount of scarring, you may be interested in a laser resurfacing treatment. Laser resurfacing is an ideal option if you have a significant amount of scarring. The laser targets skin deep beneath the outer layer, triggering collagen production. Skin becomes smoother and discoloration fades. The number and type of treatments you’ll need depends on the severity of your scarring. Each treatment is precisely customized to the patient to provide the most beautiful results.
