Our newest member to our team of physicians along with our licensed aestheticians and friendly SSA staff, now offers area patients and resort guests cosmetic surgery and skin care consults. As an extension of SSA, Serenity in the Mountains offers the latest in laser and light technology treatments, injectables, fillers, and laser hair removal. The same exceptional cosmetic services provided by SSA at both our Chattanooga, TN and Calhoun, GA locations—including Botox and Dysport—will be available onsite every Friday. Patients have access to cutting-edge light and laser procedures like Intense Pulse Light (IPL), Microlaser peels (MLP) and our popular HALO laser, as well.
