XEOMIN, a Botox and Dysport competitor, now offered at Southern Surgical Arts

Southern Surgical Arts announces the addition of a new injectable called XEOMIN. The product will compete with Botox and Dysport providing patients and physicians with a new option for improving the appearance of glabellar lines. XEOMIN is approved for the temporary improvement in the appearance of glabellar lines.

“Southern Surgical Arts is known for providing patients with an array of products” said Dr. Carey Nease. “Although Xeomin is different from its competitors, the manufacturer touts its differences.” The difference in this product compared to Botox, according to Merz Pharmaceuticals who distributes the product, is that XEOMIN lacks proteins that may induce an allergic response that can lessen its effectiveness. Therefore, providing a longer lasting alternative.

XEOMIN is available at Southern Surgical Arts beginning November 11, 2011. If you’d like to try the product, please call and schedule an appointment to receive a special offer of 20% off. Offer valid on November 11 in our Chattanooga office only.
